As Office Manager for The Jim Powers Team, Kathy not only handles the day to day activities involved in running the business, her responsibilities also include scheduling and coordinating the settlements for our buyers and sellers, keeping in contact with the other agents, lenders and inspection companies involved and making sure that you have a smooth and successful transaction. Kathy also handles the marketing and advertising media and makes sure that the team has the latest marketing technology available to help service our clients better and more efficiently.
