KATHY BROWN - Office Manager  

Kathy is a licensed full time assistant with over 25 years administrative and management experience. As Office Manager, Kathy's responsibilities not only include the day to day activities involved in keeping the office organized and running efficiently, she also schedules and coordinates the settlements for our buyers and sellers. Kathy stays in touch with all parties involved and will gather all necessary information that is needed from lenders and coordinate all the details leading up to the settlement table. Kathy's attention to detail and swift communication skills to both buyers and sellers allow for a speedy and successful settlement.  

Deborah Goodling - Listing Manager 

Deborah is a licensed, full time professional who brings over 14 years experience to The Jim Powers Team. As Listing Manager, Deborah's excellent customer service skills and knowledge of real estate enables her to give our sellers the best service possible. Deborah handles all facets of getting your home on the market, including picture and measurement taking, visual tours and getting your home exposed to every media source available. Deborah graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in communication, therefore understanding the need to be detail oriented, organized and provide superior customer service. 

TRACY ALLEN - Buyer Specialist 

Tracy brings to our "team" ten years experience in a progressive customer service atmosphere and eight years of Real Estate experience with the last four years focusing solely as a Buyer Specialist. Tracy has obtained her ABR designation and continues to further her education in the area of new construction. Tracy has resided in the York area all of her life, giving her the advantage of knowing the area on a very personal level. Tracy loves the business and attributes her success to being part of a great team and her caring personality. 

As your Buyer Specialist, Tracy will assist you in locating your new home and walk you through the entire process from initial qualifying right through to settlement. Donita Green - Buyer Specialist. 

Donita was born and raised in York County and has been a full time licensed Realtor since 1998, with the last seven years commited to working solely as a Buyer Specialist. Donita has obtained her ABR designation and is pursuing her GRI, as well. Donita's strong knowledge of the area and real estate market is a benefit to buyers looking to relocate to York and the surrounding areas. Coupled with her experience of the real estate market, she is very knowledgeable with all the financing options/programs available and will work hard to find the best program possible for her buyers. Donita encourages all her buyers to ask lots of questions so that everyone is informed and educated about the process so that your home buying experience is a smooth and satisying experience. 

Sherri Strathmeyer - Buyer Specialist 

As a Buyer Specialist, Sherri provides buyers with expert knowledge in the often confusing and intricate process of purchasing a home. Having been in the business for several years, Sherri knows the challenges that homebuyers often face and monitors the market and provides up to date information for her clients about available properties and current trends in the marketplace. To that end, she works specifically with our Buyers to help identify their particular needs, whether it be a specific type home or a specific financing program.
